1.World Of Warcraft Warlock?

I am rerolling to a Warlock soon and i am planing to train in Affliction. I want the rest of my talents in Deamonolgy. My plan is to DOT my oppent then have my Succubus do the rest. Would some1 mine telling me how I should spend my talents so I can get the fullest out of my DOTs and make my Succubus stronger.

i have a lvl45 lock and also went w/affliction. i find it easier to grind w/it as long as you use ur blueberry (Void walker) Like Twiz said, u will pull the aggro off ur suc. w/all the damage u'd make. Plus you can grind 2 at a time w/affliction. DoT 1 mob send in ur VW, then DoT the next target and kill it w/ur wand. rinse and repeat.

I am an Undead Warlock and cannot figure out where to get the Shadowburn spell. I can get Shadowburn Rank 2 from the Warlock Trainer, but not Shadowburn Rank 1. Where can I get Shadowburn Rank 1?

Shadowburn is a Talent Spell.
You have to invest 10 talent points into the Destruction Tree and 1 point in Shadowburn in order to get it.

Once you have it, you can train the higher levels at the warlock trainer.

The standard ones I use over and over again are Immolation, Shadowbolt, Curse of Agony, Corruption, and Fear. The exceptions to that are against healers I'll use Curse of Tongues to slow down their healing spells, and if I'm fighting multiple melee mobs, I'll use Curse of Weakness to diminish their dmg against me...

Also, I know the Curse of Agony, Corruption, Deathcoil, and Immolate combined with Fear and a couple Shadowbolts really hurt my warrior character when I duel warlocks. If I don't immediately break the fear and stun the lock, my warrior will die right away...

I'd say its definitely one of the more boring classes because it's just a spell spamming class, but then again its ups are a free mount, a pet and their ability to rule in 1v1 PVP combat. Playing mainly as a Warrior, Hunter and Paladin, I can tell you Warlocks are a powerful ally to have with you, but your worst enemy when you run into one in PVP. When it comes to PVE I haven't noticed much about them except their Bloodpact, summoning and heavy DOT they perform.rs2gold..so all in all they are fun to play

Well, I only pvp with my 'lock in AV really, so I'm not really sure about anywhere else, but I like to have the felhunter out. That silence can be really nice if used right, and with dispell magic and paranoia he makes a really nice addition for me.

On the other hand, I see a lot of warlocks with the succubus out for seducing. Not really my style, but it seems to work okay for them.

Just try out all the different pets and see what you really like. There is no "best" pet, because they're all situational. That's why they give us 4!
